Exp 2: Week 1-5

Week 1:

Independent study:
Barcelona Pavillion:
Interesting and could serve as a fun building to watch fall down. The tiled walls also calls for interesting patterns of moss and overgrowth.

House at Bordeaux:
By far the most enjoyable to watch fall down. The cable goes and the whole building should "bend" towards the weaker columns

Rudin House:
A simple house built in an extraordinary fashion. If the column closest to us in the picture should break the house might tip, interesting.

Week 2:

Independent study:
Life after people, is among one of the shows i really like. Post-apocalyptic content always gets my interest and the clips shown in the lecture were very interesting in the sense that they can help illustrate how the world might look like if something really bad were to happen.

Week 3:

Week 4:

Week 5:

Indepenent study:

I will try to show the decay through the structure failure of the building at an intense level. I intent to show what the building could look like if the equilibrium beam was to fail and the structure would lean too much on the smaller columns.

I'm also interested in how the views will change with the new openings created by the walls cracking and opening "natural windows".
